Places are awarded on a first come, first serve basis. We reserve the right to close applications earlier than stated, please apply early to avoid disappointment.

Please note that there are no ‘right or wrong answers’ and no trick questions. What we are looking for is an honest evaluation of your skills and aspirations. These evaluations will then help us tailor a programme that is just right for you. On completing the application, you will be contacted by a member of our team to select an appropriate time for a conversation over the phone or Skype. ​​​Please keep an eye on your inbox.

You must be 18 years old by the start of your programme to join our leadership and personal development programme.

We reserve the right to not offer a place to any applicant. For group offers, this may mean that offers may no longer be valid. This will be discussed with all parties prior to payment.

Trip 1: 7 July - 21 July  

Trip 2: 22 July - 5 August

Trip dates will be confirmed by January 2021, once the flight schedules have been released.
