We believe that everyone can be a changemaker if we can unlock your leadership potential. We will tailor the programme around your leadership experience level so that you develop at your own pace.
A challenging 6-week programme with a 2-week residential trip, designed to accelerate your personal journey into leadership. It will take you outside of your comfort zone.
An opportunity to exchange skills, knowledge, and spark new thinking to find solutions for societal challenges both in South Africa and your own country.
An immersive cultural exchange, working with a team of international emerging leaders and inspiring South African organisations.
An opportunity to explore parts of Durban, South Africa including the beach, city, and safari.

What should I expect?
How will I learn?
Webinars and online modules designed to make you to hit the ground running in South Africa.
1-2-1 coaching to develop your personal development goals, which you’ll work on in South Africa.
Group sessions with coaching and mentoring to help you track your progress
Immersion into a new culture, working with South Africans and your team of international emerging leaders.
Real world challenges via projects with local organisations
Supportive peer group who will push you to exceed your own expectations.
This programme is a hands-on, immersive experience in another country. This is not a sightseeing holiday or a charity expedition.
You will be working with organisations to research and test out entrepreneurial solutions to the societal challenges they are tackling. This will enhance your entrepreneurial skills and develop your leadership capabilities.
We will challenge you to develop a global mindset and pragmatic approach to problem solving and provide an opportunity to work in cross-cultural teams to improve your cultural intelligence.

How much does it cost?
Our two week programme costs £1,150 (British Sterling).
You will receive support and guidance throughout the fundraising process. Payments are also collected in instalments.
